Our first AO in St. Louis City dedicated to rucking. What’s rucking? Do you kiss you mama with that tongue! Rucking is walking with weight, typically 35+ pounds.  Some research has shown it produces the equivalent cardio benefits as running. It’s manly, trust us.

Do you need to purchase a rucking backpack? No. Can you, yes. But as always F3 is FREE and OPEN to all men. So come with a backpack full of bricks or books, or just come without extra weight.

  • Gloves
  • Appropriate clothing
  • Ruck/Weighted Vest/Backback with stuff
  • Water, if needed
